i used to run around
in rubber boots
in iran
i could put
them on fast
and go
while my siblings
went to school
i played
or went to the
market
i would wait
4 them to come
home
and then we would
dirtbike, play in
the rocks and
listen to jackals
it was total
freedom.

There are times in my dotage I wonder if I ever felt that?
I've been free, but never totally I don't think...
